Support from your personal trainer doesn’t end when your fitness session does.

    I have only been training with Frosty for a few weeks now but it’s been an absolute amazing experience so far. -The private gym is as clean as a 5star restaurant kitchen with a great brand new set of kit! -The other clients welcome you with welcome arms and whilst I haven’t met them in person, I feel like I’ve already had a few drinks in the pub with them and a lot of banter :-) - Frosty is super dedicated to his job and clearly loves it!
